I've already added more to this than shows in the picture!
This card is similar to yesterday's card, but I added more depth to it by creating layers for my snow. I added a snowman to the mix as well!
Once my paper was torn for the snow, I ran a line of liquid applique along the edges and sprinkled with glitter before puffing it up. The background is brayered with some navy ink and then I stamped snow dots on the background with liquid applique. This part didn't exactly come out like I envisioned. I squirted some liquid applique on a piece of cardstock and then stamped my snow dots into the liquid applique and then on to the brayered cardstock. The ink that was brayered on kind of messed up my perfect white dots. I thought the whiteness would pop out when I heated it, but it didn't really work. I still liked it enough to use it though.
The deer is from Stampabilities and the snow man is from Stamp Affair.

I like the effect you have achieved with the dots on the navy sky, but it's frustrating when things don't work out exactly as you intend them to.
Have you ever brayered some liquid applique onto card - you need to keep braying until you can hear it start to stick to the brayer, then you heat it. It's a lovely textured finish - would look great for a snowy look.
