Okay, I really lost my mojo last night while trying to make this card. I just didn't like anything I did, so I finally just left it alone and I'm not happy with it. I did learn something cool making this card though, you can erase white gel pen! That really takes the fear out of practicing your highlights. I don't know if it works with all white gel pens, but the Inksentials white gel pen definitely erases!

The title of this post is not what I would make this card say, but it is what kept going through my mind while I was making it! LOL!
Hopefully my creativity will kick in tonight and I'll have something better for you to look at tomorrow!
Thanks for looking!

I think it's precious Holly!
When I first looked at the card, I could hear the little girl saying to herself something like, "Mirror, Mirror in my hand" or something corny like that. I could also hear her thinking to herself...When I grow up, I want to be.......
I love the card! I might even go so far as to say it's one of my most favorite cards you've made :~)
Thanks for sharing with us...you've still got it :~)
HI Holly-- I love today's card. I downloaded my first couple of images from squigglefly last week but haven't had time to make any cards! soon.. hopefully.. soon
Hi Holly,

Big hugs,

Lost your mojo...NEVER, not on this one anyway! I think it's adorable! The colors are awesome and the highlights on her sleeve are PERFECT! I loved this image when I first saw it. I'm glad you decided to use her because it's one of my downloads and now you have sparked my imagination. THANKS!
Hugs~
I like how simple the card is. The girl is so cute.
Don`t think too much, this card is great, whatever you might think or say! :-))
I`m looking forward to seeing tomorrows card!
Hugs, Renate
As much as I like the card, I think I know what you're talking about. It may have something to do with the blue and green being in the same "tone" family - too much "similar" together. Does that make sense?
Maybe try a soft yellow or pink to pull the other colors out of the image.
Don't give up on ole Mojo - when he's acting up that's usually a sign of good things to come!*LOL*
{mwah!}
Holly - I think the card is perfect! I wish I could "lose' my mojo like you do! TFS!!
Gosh, how did I get 3 days behind in looking at your creations?!! Well, Holly, this card sure is adorable -- and "Here's looking at you, kid" would be a cute saying for it, IMO. I'm sure you will think of other great ones too. :-)
See now I'm thinking that I like this card, perhaps if you used the Pink and yellow from the hat... KWIM? She is such a cutie and maybe the softer colors would make you like it? IDK, it looks great....
You are a silly girl. It's adorable. I need to play with my squigglefly images. I purchased several and ah life keeps making me clean toilets. Dang it. Have you been to the wedding yet? When is the wedding. I want to see Holly in her pretty new dress. Seriously.
