I do have a card for you today! Unfortunately I needed to make a sympathy card for a friend who lost her husband. Sympathy cards don't usually come easy to me, but this one just came together and was completed very quickly. I think it would make a pretty birthday or thinking of you card as well.

I enjoyed making the gatefold card for Squigglefly's challenge last week so much that I made another! The paper is from La Boutique and I used an ivory card stock for the base. The flower is from Penny Black. I colored it directly on the rubber with water color crayons, misted the stamp, and then stamped it on the card stock. The sentiment is computer generated.
I hope your day is wonderful in every way, and thanks for looking!

What an elegant and beautiful Sympathy card!! It would be great for any occasion. Love the gate fold!
I sure hope your sister is feeling better soon. I went to the emergency room on Sunday morning and all I have is a sinus infection and am feeling a lot better after antibiotics. Pneumonia can be so painful. I hope she has a quick recovery.
Your card is beautiful! I love the soft colors and the gatefold.
Holly, what an elegant card. I have similar stamps from Hero Arts. I'm going to pull them out and play to create. Thanks for the idea.
I'm sorry not to have been round to see you lately, but I have been working on my tutorial blog. I'm back now and I love your card, even though it is for a sad occasion, I am sure it will be much apreciated.
Give all the best wishes for Lynne's speedy recovery, all the shy bears are looking a little worried for her as am I until we hear she is out of danger. Promise I won't be such a bad blogger in the future.

So glad to hear Lynn is getting better!
This would be a lovely all occasion card! Works well for sympathy, one I would 'mass produce' for the occasion as I dislike making them when I actually need them!
Very peaceful image and papers!
Blessings, Maria
