Have A Ball!

Good morning everyone! Boy ya'll work fast because those prayers you offered up for my sister have worked enough to get her out of intensive care! She's still in the hospital, but she is in a regular room and looks so much better. Thank you so much for your prayers and concern!

Today is card give away day and I have a cute card for you using one of Eline Pelinkhof's adorable kitty images. This one is called Play To Unwind

I colored this with copic markers and hand doodled a border around it with a black pen. I highlighted areas with a white gel pen. The sentiment is computer generated.
The scalloped circle was embossed with a provo craft embossing folder and then I sponged around the edges a bit with some brown ink.

Anyway, if you'd like to win the card and an envelope (in case you want to mail it to someone), just leave a comment on this post and tomorrow around noon I'll have pick a winner!

Thanks again for the prayers, and I hope you have a wonderful day! Thanks for looking!

I LOVE Eline's kittens (and bunnies). The white gel pen makes a great highlighter. I really like the way you colored this one, and I'm glad Lynne is doing better, too.

Great card, as always. I belong to a "fiber crafter" (knitting and crocheting) group at church. This would be a great card for one of the ladies!

Thanks for sharing your talent, I look forward to your blog every day.

Phew! I'm so glad to hear your news about Lynne. I could tell you were beside yourself with worry. Yay to Lynne, and hope for a speedy recovery.

I love the card. Cats are on my mind now that we have Oscar. He gets into everything. Taking my pens, and paintbrushes and the worst thing he loves to rip my card stock. Maybe I should tie him up in knots with wool. Teee Heee.

Fingers crossed for Lynne though, thanks for the news.

Holly, the kitty-with-yarn is such a simple image ~ and you color it so beautifully and then create a card that really has pizazz! Love that background paper with the shiny "stitched" lines.

So glad to hear your sis is doing better. How scary for her & all the family! I hope she will recover quick enough to not have to stay in the hospital long ... so she can get home to rest. You never get good rest in the hospital!
