It's Kaleidoscope Trees!

Hi everyone and Happy Friday! Only one more day until the new images will be available at Squigglefly. I know if you've been seeing the design team's examples you are excited about it!

Today I have a LOT to show you. Lynne has drawn a number of very unusual trees that are such fun to play around with! I am not sure if these are being sold as a full set, a couple of sets, or individually. There are eight different trees in all.

The first one is colored with all different shades of blue and then glittered. I actually liked it better before I added the glitter

The Merry Christmas is computer generated in ck Becky font. I punched a little snowflake out of the glittery part of the patterned paper. Like I said, I liked it better before I glittered it, so I did it again without glitter only this time I colored it with colored pencils

I asked Lynne if she would color some of the trees and she colored this one that I haven't yet made into a card, but I think it looks like crystal shards and you can see how quickly this would color

Here is another tree

This one is colored with copics and colored pencils. I added red stickles to the center of what looks like poinsettia flowers to me.

This next one I colored with copics and then glittered a lot of gold on it.

Here is another one that Lynne colored with colored pencils that I just love. I did make a card with it! The gorgeous red ribbon with the gold emblems is from my wonderful friend Freida. She sent me a slew of wonderful things that you'll be seeing popping up from time to time! (Thanks Freida!)

I hope these give you an idea of how pretty these can be, and they really are fun to color. I have another one printed out that I want to paint with twinkling h2o's. I can just imagine how pretty that will be! Or fill in different colors of glitter in the shapes! I wanted to do that, but my glue pen was empty! I've already ordered another! Since the challenge this week on Dare You To Digi Stamp is to use glitter, I think some of my trees qualify so I'm entering them there.

Okay, I told you I had a lot to show you! Tomorrow is digi day at Squigglefly's group on card universe and I hope you can join us there. We have a fun game of twenty questions planned and there are going to be a LOT of prizes given out! The fun will start at 7pm central 8pm eastern!
