I started out doing this for Squigglefly's bloom challenge and used the Floral Sweetness image by artist Lynne Stansbery. It's colored with Copic markers and chalked around the edges.
The sentiment is from a clear Hero Arts set, and I used rain dots on the side. This was a super fast card to make!

Love those plaid background pieces! Really cute card Holly. I bought all the otters and kayakers and am dying to use them, but so far time is at a premium this week.
