171st Teaparty

Wow, have you been to Squigglefly's blog this week? The new challenge went up yesterday and Heather has challenged everyone to make something without using any patterned paper. The design team did such an amazing job with their cards - really some FABULOUS eye candy and some creative ideas! You NEED to go take a look!

Also, don't forget about the giveaway of the Pick and Draw Game! It's a really fun game for kids, but one the whole family can get involved in. It's great for parents, grandparents, and teachers and would be an awesome stocking stuffer! Plus the winner will get an original signed piece of art from Squigglefly artist and creator of the Pick and Draw Game, Rich Davis! If you want to win the game, just leave a comment HERE telling me why you'd like to win.

Well, today is Tuesday and it's another Mothermark Teaparty - her 171st teaparty to be precise. That's a lot of teaparties! this week our cards are to have cats and bling! The cards are going to a couple who remain positive despite lots of health issues. They have a couple of cats that they refer to as DIVAS and they spoil them rotten! Here's the card I made.

This Spoiled Rotten cat by Chesney Young looks like the ultimate diva cat to me! Here she is lounging about on her ultimate kitty sofa and wearing a diamond studded collar passing out advice. I used copic markers to color her and added the sparkle to her collar and the flowers in the background with some stickles. The sentiment was computer generated.   The border at the top was punched with a Fiskars border punch and I added little stickle dots to the flowers on that too!

Thanks for coming by my blog today!  Have a great day!

Who knew you were such a "Martha Stewart" of good advice!?!

I tell you we need an "Ask Holly" column. It could be craft AND life advice!

Your card is funny and adorable!
