Pet Sympathy Cards

Hi all!  Just wanted to share a couple of pet sympathy card I unfortunately needed to make.  My sister lost her dog and just a day later my daughter lost one of her cats.

This first one, I cut the large paw print out with my scan n cut.  The inside paw with the heart is a die that is actually a charm, but I cut the little hanger hole off.  I cut out several and stacked them for dimension.

I found the verse for the cat sympathy card online.  I really like it, and feel like it is so true.

Some thank you cards

Hi everyone!  I recently asked a group of people to make a card for someone who was ill if they had time and so many people came through for me!  I wanted to make each of them a thank you card so I came up with a design that was easy to mass produce.

Here's a close up of one

These were super fast and fun to do.

Fall Colors at Paper Ala Mode

Hi everyone.  This week's Paper Ala Mode challenge is the colors of Fall.  I adore Fall and certainly can't wait for it to arrive here!

We are being sponsored by two great companies - Eureka! Stamps and Digi Stamps 4 Joy.  Come play with us!

I printed out the pretty Anemone Corner from Digi Stamps 4 Joy three times and cut some of the flowers out and layered them for more dimension.  This was colored with colored pencils.

This card was made using a cute Pumpkin Raccoon image from Eureka! Stamps.  I colored this with Copic markers.

Anything But A Card

Hi everyone!  This week's Paper Ala Mode challenge is Anything But A Card.  I struggle with anything that isn't a card, but with school starting next week I thought a couple of bookmarks would be cute back to school gifts for a couple of girls I know.

Our sponsor is Digi Stamp Boutique and I used Bookworm Abi

I colored the images with Copic markers and then used stencils and distress inks for the background.  I almost laminated them for extra durability, but decided against it.  I hope you'll come play in the challenge with us!
